Compensation policy

For orders that ship incorrectly / ship missing due to the fault of Bros Warehouse

  • The warehouse will support the return fee and reship it, the customer does not have to bear the fee

In case the tracking doesn’t continue to run at least 30 days since the last update

  • If the customer wants to reship: The warehouse will support the US domestic Shipping Fee
  • If the customer does not want to reship: Bros Warehouse will refund the Shipping Fee of that order

In case of loss of goods:

Bros Warehouse will compensate the product base cost, up to $10/item
